HPS/JTS/WDS OOB's Explained

Updated for WDS

I have made the information that used to be on this page available to WDS for their use.
They have elected to include this page and my page on the PDT file as PDF files in the CWB Manuals folder.
I intend on providing WDS with updated files for both as they make changes to the PDT and OOB file formats.
Having no desire to keep this information up to date in two places I have elected to discontinue posting the info here.
For those still using the HPS and JTS versions I have provided links below to download the pdf files.
