Base medals of each field army to be awarded to those officers who have completed a minimum of six Muster Reports within that field army.
Muster Reports need not be consecutive months but must total six .
Framed field army command ribbons to be awarded to those officers having reported and have successfully served in the capacity noted for a minimum of six months.
In each case, the ribbon displayed must represent the highest command assignment completed for each field army in which an officer may have served.
